On the 15 day, I learned from the Wenzhou Quality Supervision Bureau that the results of regular supervision and spot checks of provincial product quality in the first half of this year were announced recently, and the pass rate of Wenzhou products was 91.4%.

A total of 155 batches of 9307 batches of products were produced by 8817 enterprises in the province, 8616 batches and 92.6% qualified batches.

Among them, we sampled 77 kinds of 1516 batches of products produced by 1417 enterprises of 7 major industries in our city, with 1385 batches of qualified products.

The results of spot checks showed that the pass rate of batches in the first half of this year was slightly higher than that of last year, which is the highest level in recent years, but it is still lower than the average level in the whole province.

According to the test results, the qualified rate of some food products in our city has increased considerably.

In the first half of the year, the qualified rate of bread products increased by 40 percentage points year-on-year, and the liquor products increased by 16.7 percentage points over the same period last year. The mineral products increased 39.8 percentage points compared with that of the previous year, and the tea products increased by 16 percentage points over the same period last year.

The improvement of the passing rate of food quality shows the strict supervision of food enterprises from the source and the improvement of the quality consciousness of food enterprises.

In addition, the pass rate of children's clothing products needs to be improved.

In the first half of this year, the provincial government arranged 12 batches of products for supervision and spot checks, and the pass rate of batches was 75%, down 11.9% from the same period last year.

According to analysis, the pass rate of batches has declined, mainly due to the low technical content of small enterprises, poor quality consciousness and poor product quality. This is also the root cause of low pass rate of children clothing in our city every year.

The main problems found in the spot checks are identification and color fastness, fiber content, product identification, missing label, incorrect marking or incorrect marking, non-standard phenomenon, poor color fastness in face and lining, and poor quality of dyestuff and dyeing and finishing.
