We will encourage all localities to increase the number plate index, launch a new round of vehicles going to the countryside and exchanging old cars for new ones. We will encourage rural residents in areas where conditions permit to buy trucks of 3.5 tons or less and passenger cars with a displacement of 1.6 liters or less. We will give subsidies to residents who have eliminated the emission standards of national III or below and bought new cars.

At the same time, in order to promote the healthy development of tourism industry under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the meeting determined measures to support the development of "Internet + tourism". Support the construction of smart tourism scenic spots, encourage scenic spots to increase online marketing efforts, and guide the development of cloud tourism and other new formats. We will improve inclusive and prudent supervision and crack down on fraud.
