Life is made by ourselves.

All things in the world are all phases of pformation.

Su Dongpo and his friends are friends, and the two men are very close.

On one occasion, Dongpo went to Jinshan Temple to sit in meditation with Buddha and India.

After sitting for a while, Dongpo felt unobstructed, and inside and outside Shu Tai, he could not help asking Buddha's seal: "Zen master, how do you like me to sit in meditation?"

Buddha printed a look at Dongpo, nodding his head and saying, "like a Buddha."

Dongpo is delighted to hear it.

Buddha asked Su Dongpo, "what do you think of my sitting posture?"

Buddha listened, not angry, but smiled.

Su Dongpo thought he had taken advantage of it and was very proud of it. When he got home, he happily told Sue Xiao Mei about it and wanted to show off.

I didn't expect the little girl to sneer and say, "brother, you are the one who lost today. Do you know what is most particular about Zen people?"

Buddha says that you look like a Buddha, which means that there is a statue of Buddha in your heart. If you say Buddha prints are like cow dung, what do you have in mind? Su Dongpo is speechless.

The realm of life, the future of life, is said to be in a state of mystery, actually in front of your eyes, in your choice, in your heart.

What kind of environment the heart will have, what kind of natural environment it will have, and what kind of natural fate it will bring. In this sense, the heart and the border are integrated.
