Poor or small has been maintaining survival. In the first half of this year, nearly 10000 enterprises have been shut down, but it has little impact on the whole. Exports are still relatively stable. However, the European and American crisis in the traditional market has not yet come out, or there is a slight increase. The growth rate of the emerging market is 29%. We should enlarge ourselves to the world in Liaoning, and how we should pform and develop the next P.
