First, neglect study, can not arrange time properly, and can not focus on Management: because small and medium-sized enterprises have to do more trivial work, will inevitably involve most of the work time and energy, the boss is often "super salesman, super firefighter, super housekeeper" and so on a variety of roles, so the most legitimate reason for not studying is "too busy" (but has to admit that it is really busy), resulting in slow updating of self-knowledge, and simply can not adapt to changes in the external environment. Another expression is: spend your time and energy on a lot of things that have nothing to do with your career, and you can not persist in doing business well.  For example: indulge in personal interests and hobbies, frequently participate in social activities which are not related to the cause, waste a lot of time in dealing with internet chatting, etc., but "there is no time" to promote the business advertisement of his own business on the Internet. In short, career success must be focused, and effective work must be focused, because you can create countless conditions to achieve a goal, but can not create a condition to achieve numerous goals.


 


Two, improper handling of competition and cooperation, undermines the accumulation of Goodwill: since it is a business, it will inevitably involve various interests of competition and cooperation, such as: upstream suppliers, and peers, and partners, which inevitably produce all kinds of bumpy relations. At this time, if your mind is narrow, it can not be small and trivial, and take extreme measures to deal with it. It will often bring ruin to your own business. Three, do not attach importance to the interests of customers: perhaps this view at the beginning, many small and medium enterprises do not necessarily agree that they have never ignored customers. Six, do not believe in the role of the system, do not attach importance to the role of management, resulting in the team "violent fluctuations": the management system of SMEs is often "deaf ears" - decoration. Seven, pay too much attention to short-term interests and neglect long-term development planning: it is not that SMEs should not pursue short-term interests, because enterprises need to grow healthily.
