1. theme content and scope of application


This standard specifies the inspection conditions, measuring tools and inspection methods for shoes and shoes.


This standard is applicable to the shoe inspection of leather shoes, sports shoes, sports shoes, training shoes, walking shoes, fitness shoes, casual shoes, etc., made of various techniques.

3. test conditions


3.1 inspection of appearance quality shall be carried out at room temperature and under sufficient light.


3.2 the physical and mechanical performance tests are carried out under the conditions of the corresponding test method standards and product standards.


4. inspection gauge


4.1 vernier caliper 0.05mm.


4.2 steel ruler 1.0mm.


4.3 shoes with a ruler 1.0mm.


4.4 steel square, grade 3.


4.5 glass flat.


5. test method


5.1 the inspection of appearance quality is shown in Table 1.

1 whether the overall appearance of hand feel is correct, symmetrical, uniform, stable (parallel to the ground surface), clean, marking the full clarity of the Liu and whether there is no decolorization, pulp, cracking and other defects.


2 loose noodles, put the index finger and middle finger of one hand into the shoe, close to the inside, and the finger distance is 15-20mm. Use the thumb of the other hand to lightly press the side of the thumb in the two finger distance to see the change of the face. If wrinkles appear, the wrinkles will disappear after loosening.


3 sides surface crack and fracture surface


One hand shoe, the index finger and middle finger of the other hand are pushed into the shoe, and the top is tight to help the inside. The changes of the side surface are observed visually, for example, cracks appear on the coating layer, and the cracks are judged to be cracked surfaces.


The 4 bottom is fastness, one hand shoe, the other hand thumb pressing along the side of the mouth to see whether the glue is opened or disconnected.

13 other projects at the outsole shall be examined in accordance with the provisions of ZBY 78006.


14 heel height is placed on the glass flat, and the steel vertical ruler is used to measure the vertical height of the shoe buckle and the upper edge of the rear part to the lower end edge (see Figure 6).

16 heel dimensions are measured with vernier calipers.
