Dongning, the southernmost border town in Heilongjiang Province, is facing each other along the Russian border area.

Today, Heilongjiang has the largest number of local entrepreneurs in Dongning port.

In 2002, Cui long Ji absorbed the famous Southern system.

This business concept has stimulated local employment and brought tax revenue. It has been welcomed by the local government, and has also brought steady returns to Chinese enterprises and achieved a "win-win" situation between China and Russia, which is known as the "Jixin model".
