On the afternoon of February 26, the National Silk Fashion Museum opened in Hangzhou building.

At the opening ceremony, Zhao Feng, curator of the China Silk Museum, said: the National Silk Fashion Museum is a cooperation between Zhejiang cultural relics and Hangzhou commerce and commerce. This is the first state-owned Museum in China to enter the commercial space of the city center and hold a long-term special exhibition; Hangzhou tower has also become the first large-scale commercial space in China to introduce national museum exhibitions for a long time; Finally, this is the first Fashion Museum in fashion space. As the first exhibition of China Silk Museum stationed in Hangzhou building, the indoor exhibits are mainly western clothing from the 18th to 20th century, such as corsets and skirts in the 18th century, and dresses in neoclassical and romantic styles in the 19th century. In the mid-19th century, designers emerged as independent professions, and the works of famous designers such as Jeanne Lanvin, Pierre Balmain and Yves Saint Laurent were also displayed in the exhibition. With exquisite shoes, hats and handbags, the exhibition reflected the flourishing development of fashion design in the 20th century.
