Jordan Winter Clothing Prices Are Expected To Rise 10% To 20%; Jordan; Clothing

Asaad al qawasmi, a representative of the clothing and fabric department of the Jordanian chamber of Commerce, predicted on the 22nd that the average price of winter clothing in Jordan would rise by 10% to 20% due to the rise in global transportation prices. In addition, clothing prices also include about 48% of taxes, including customs duties, sales taxes and service fees. Therefore, he called on the government to reduce taxes and fees in order to stabilize the clothing market.
