In order to further optimize the business environment, support the development of the real economy, actively respond to trade disputes, improve international competitiveness, coordinate and implement the policies of stable growth, promoting reform, structural adjustment, benefiting people's livelihood, promoting high-quality development, and promoting the smooth operation and healthy development of the textile economy. After research, the Ministry of industry of China Textile Industry Federation and China Textile Economic Research Center plan to jointly carry out the investigation and Research on foreign trade customs management of national textile and garment enterprises, so as to do a good job in countermeasures research and related service support, and provide effective support for textile and garment enterprises to carry out foreign trade smoothly.
