Ningxia Gathering Talents To Boost Intelligence And Promote High Quality Development Of Eco Textiles

Since the beginning of this year, the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has enriched and broadened the service mode of high-level talents. It has built 22 talented people around the industries such as ecological textiles. It has set up 65 academician workstations and 70 expert service bases. It has introduced 134 academicians and 425 well-known experts from home and abroad flexibly, providing support and services in major research projects, new product development, project declarations, and industrial personnel training. By the end of last year, the total number of professional and technical personnel in the region reached 292 thousand, and the total number of highly skilled personnel reached 125 thousand.

Recently, according to the relevant person in charge of the office of human resources and social security of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Ningxia has continuously improved its service system, strengthened its platform construction, and innovating its service methods. At present, Ningxia has built 3 national level continuing education bases, 7 highly skilled personnel training bases, 14 skills master workshops and 4 expert service bases, and has launched 15 projects for overseas returnees to start their own businesses.
