Lanxi is located in the western part of Jinhua City, Zhejiang province. The textile industry is one of the traditional dominant industries and important leading industries in Lanxi, forming a complete industrial chain such as spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, color cloth, jeans, towels, clothing, industrial cloth and so on. It is the "base city of China's textile industry".

With the rapid development of "two integration", Lanxi Municipal Committee and municipal government pay more and more attention to the intelligent transformation of textile industry. In order to further accelerate the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in textile industry, accelerate transformation and upgrading, rebuild competitive advantages and achieve high quality development, the municipal government decided to create Lanxi as an intelligent manufacturing demonstration city in textile industry.

Through the enterprise declaration, expert evaluation, Lanxi textile industry intelligent manufacturing demonstration city set up the work leading group to examine and approve, now has selected 9 textile enterprises as a digital driven intelligent manufacturing pilot. Through the pilot project of digital manufacturing and platform service, we will create a model for the development of the industry. Based on the actual situation of the pilot work, the enterprises in the reserve pilot enterprise library should be selected as the supplementary pilot enterprises from the back-up pilot enterprise database to form a replacement mechanism for the competitive elimination of the pilot enterprises.

For enterprises in the field of Intelligent Manufacturing in textile industry, intelligent transformation projects, including digital workshop, Internet of things factory, intelligent warehouse, enterprise industrial Internet platform and so on, will be subsidized by the expert group (non project implementation unit) after acceptance. According to the total amount of investment in soft, hardware and cloud, 50% will be subsidized, and new equipment will be subsidized according to the technical transformation policy. In the promotion phase, subsidies will be given to 25% of the total amount of investment from the soft, hardware and upper cloud, and the new equipment will be subsidized according to the technical transformation policy. The municipal finance arranges a special fund of 500 thousand yuan (three years) for the establishment of the intelligent manufacturing demonstration city in the textile industry, and carries out the research and tackling of common technical problems and difficult problems in the industry, providing free professional and technical consulting services and intelligent transformation programs for enterprises.
