In 2011, when Sun Yi and other partners founded Ke Guang, they did not expect that the outbreak of Ke Guang would come so fast: the annual output of 220 units, the output of four consecutive years of saturation. The gas and liquid dyeing machine of Ke Guang has become the choice of more and more printing and dyeing enterprises.

However, start-ups must have their own competitiveness and will have a foothold. Although the PRD manufacturing industry is flourishing, enterprises are not ivory towers. In the early stage of business, the idea of the team is very simple under the uncertain market prospect.
"At the very beginning, we want to make a product, if we can achieve 5000~6000 million output value, enterprises should be able to continue to develop, this is our initial goal." Talking about the idea of start-up, Sun Yi, general manager of Ke Guang, is very frank. From the 36 million yuan output value of the enterprise founded in 2011 to about 70000000 yuan in second years and then to 120 million yuan in 2015, the development speed of Ke Guang far exceeded that of their original plan. It also proved that the enterprise turned to the gas liquid dyeing machine after making a one year air jet dyeing machine.
It is understood that the air flow dyeing machine uses the circulating air instead of water to draw the dyed fabric. Therefore, compared with the traditional overflow dyeing machine, the bath ratio is greatly reduced. However, the air stream dyeing machine is always facing some problems in the use of domestic manufacturers.
In the view of Ke Guang management, these problems are not the problems of the air turbine equipment itself, but because of their complex operation requirements, the factory management level, auxiliaries, dyes and so on have a certain degree of use requirements, the actual effect in the printing and dyeing plant is not particularly satisfactory.
In fact, every machine has natural advantages, each has its own market. The reason why we turn to the gas-liquid machine is to cater for the market demand at that time, and on the other hand, it meets the needs of technological development. Technology is to evolve, and market demand can not be met and accumulated. There are both technical reasons, cost and market competition. Sun Yi has his own unique understanding of technology and market, and only by pinpointing the pain points of the market can he better identify the positioning of enterprises.

Mastery of the market
"We just saw the market trend of knitted fabrics woven and knitted fabrics, and we just caught up with this wave of market dividends." Talking about the outbreak in recent years, Sun Yi said so. Indeed, with the gradual change of consumer market in recent years, the market of gas liquid dyeing machine is gradually opening.
"The earliest airflow machine has two schools, one is the pure air flow dyeing line, the equipment that takes this route is obviously water-saving, but it also faces some problems. The atomization dyeing is not darker, sensitive color is not good, and the effect is not so good when washing water; the other route is to use airflow to drive the cloth running, and the dyeing uses water. We started with the overflow nozzle at the beginning of the airflow machine and slowly turned it into a real gas liquid dyeing machine, which took three years. Sun Yi did not taboo about the source and development of technology.
He said frankly that China's textile machinery manufacturing has undergone a unique development process: introduction, digestion, absorption and re innovation, which is also experienced by Ke Guang. On the basis of learning, and constantly adding unique technology and process routes, it will be more consistent with the development of China's textile machinery industry.
Foreign gas and liquid machines are not very popular in China. On the one hand, because of the high price and long delivery time, on the other hand, because of the distance from the market, some customers' needs can not be met in time. And one of our advantages is that we can understand the market situation at any time and solve the needs of customers first. At the same time, we also pay close attention to the international advanced counterparts and collide with customers at any time. Only by combining the demand with the advanced international technology can we really make the best of the equipment. Simple adoption can not withstand the test of the market, but the industry is not afraid.
Breaking the thinking ceiling

"To get the nozzle of the overflow machine to the gas liquid machine, we all did this at the beginning. In a sense, the traditional mode may have appeared to be a ceiling, which requires new thinking. We must have our own killer. At present, we have formed two different nozzles. By changing the structure of the nozzles, on the one hand, the reappearance of sensitive colors has been greatly improved. On the other hand, in the dyeing process, sometimes there are some creases due to the different proficiency of operators, equipment and other reasons. By improving the nozzles, it is easier to be controlled, and the operation is simple. The problem of cloth creases is improved, and the cloth is more smooth and reproducible. Sun Yi said.
Air driven dyeing is the use of strong airflow to blow fabric and promote fabric operation. Fan is an important part of gas liquid machine. At present, the structure of the blower of the gas and liquid machine is different from that of the traditional air dyeing machine in the market: the traditional fan is larger and the energy consumption is larger; and some manufacturers adopt the design of the ultimate consumption reduction, which can be adapted to 85% of the fabric processing. However, compared with the traditional ones, the light fan of Ke Guang is more energy efficient and has a wider adaptability than the fan with the ultimate design. There are more attempts in some key components, and these attempts have made them unique achievements. This is probably the advantage of the team: young and brave, always open and exploring.
Prepare for dyeing factory Digitalization
In 2018, it was a year of change.
Before 2018, the gas and liquid machinery of the company accounted for 60% of the capacity in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang markets, especially in the Shaoxing market, accounting for 30% in the Pearl River Delta, and 10% in other regions. After 2018, the Shaoxing market probably accounted for 20% of the capacity, and the overseas market was close to 30%, mainly Vietnam, Kampuchea and Burma, the Pearl River Delta accounted for 20%, and Shantou accounted for 20%. "Because we have only one equipment at present, we need to keep up with the market and achieve the ultimate goal. Although changes in the textile industry seem almost the same every year, fabric changes rapidly in the market and challenges the adaptability of the optical equipment at any time. We can not lose any customer and use all our energy in the field. Only when technology is closely related to the market can we always maintain our voice and market share. Sun Yi said.
In order to expand production capacity, in 2017, Ke Guang bought land to build a new production base. "For the design of the factory, we have visited many advanced factory designs in many industries, and have consulted many outstanding predecessors, and have studied many plans." Sun Yi said that after the new factory building, the production capacity of Ke Guang will increase by more than 100%, and the development focus of the new plant will also focus on the automation and intelligent transformation of the existing products.
"Printing and dyeing is an important part of the textile industry chain, but printing and dyeing enterprises have always been highly polluting and energy intensive. Although printing and dyeing enterprises have made great progress in energy saving and consumption reduction in recent years under the enormous environmental pressure, the intelligent development of printing and dyeing enterprises is still relatively stagnant. Although the central management and online monitoring system has been promoted, it still faces many difficulties, and the help of automatic instruments to dyeing process is not yet mature. At present, we want to tackle the problem of how to realize the on-line data management of dyeing processes, and further improve the reproducibility through online process. Dyeing machine manufacturers used to invest a lot of energy in machinery, but software input is not enough, automation is not enough. Now, with the change of the market, the dyeing factory's requirements for production technology and digitalization are gradually starting. These are our next efforts. Sun Yi said.
Finding the right path
Even at the forefront of theory, it is a difficult process to make technology realizable and achieve industrial production. In addition to technology, gas and liquid machines have very strict requirements for the fineness and durability of the production and processing of key parts, because when the output reaches a certain scale, small to one screw will trigger the butterfly effect. For the producers, it is necessary to be more rigorous and serious in every link.
In the rapid development of Ke Guang, Sun Yi and his team did encounter such problems.
"When we introduced the first generation of gas-liquid machines in 2013, the market repercussions have been very good, and the order of enterprises has been growing. However, the quantity of production has come up, and many problems have also been exposed. Before and after the investment of about 20000000, the transformation of more than 200 machines has gradually solved those problems. Sun Yi admitted that the whole team was suffering.
"Now looking back, at that time even felt that this canon is very difficult to pass, exposes the question too many, oneself cannot accept, the printing and dyeing enterprise has many choices, has chosen the branch light, encountered so many questions, is the quality also is the management question. We have adjusted the management and production process of enterprises. Although Sun Yi did not say so much, he could imagine the difficulty of that process. It was precisely this process that enabled the team to realize where the enterprise was heading.
"For me, the most gratifying thing is the growth of the team. In the most difficult time, people still choose to be together. At the time of founding, it was like a person who has no long-term goal. He did not think that the development was so good after that. After that difficult period, he gave us more time and opportunity to think about the next development of the enterprise.
The management team of Ke Guang returned to the coffee shop for the first time to remind himself that he could not walk away. The team after suffering was more mature and dependable. How to find a balance between the development and change of the market? How to constantly ensure the focus on products? They are continuing to explore.
