It is a comprehensive industrial complex with knitted apparel as the leading industry, which integrates functions of production headquarters, R & D, product display, e-commerce, manufacturing and production support. It is a major provincial and municipal key project in Qingshan Lake area.

The first phase covers an area of 298 mu, including enterprise headquarters, R & D design, product display, e-commerce, production and production support. The construction area is about 420 thousand square meters, and the two phase is 166 mu, including manufacturing, business supporting service area, life service area and extended service area. The factory adopts the "separable and closed" enclosed factory building, which can be rented and sold. The property right is 50 years, the down payment is 40%, and the loan period can be up to 10 years.
