The Xiong an new area is a Millennium Project and a major national event. Education culture is the basis for achieving a high level and high starting point for planning and construction in the new district. Now, the student clothing (school uniform) research center of Xiong an new area is the sponsor of the Design Invitational Competition for professional organizations and personages at home and abroad.

We invite all sectors of the industry to participate.

The purpose of the competition is:

Millennial plans, education first, school uniform as the carrier, with the theme of "cultural quality and safety, etiquette and education for the world", we actively integrate into the core development concept and spirit of the new area's green, intelligence and innovation, and jointly explore the establishment of the system of students' clothing (school uniform) in primary and secondary schools in Xiong an new area, so that uniforms become the mobile campus for students in the new area.

Thematic Interpretation:

Culture and quality --

It contains the effect (dominant), the gentle temperament, the correct conduct and elegant manners in Xiong an school uniform, and the characteristics of school uniform and the historical and cultural tradition of Xiong an.

Design content:

The design invitational program covers primary and secondary school students dressed all year round, including sportswear series and uniform series, a total of 4 series, 20 sets of clothing:

1. primary school sports series, including men's and women's summer wear series, men's and women's spring and autumn outfit.

2. primary school uniform series, including men's and women's summer wear sets, men's and women's spring and autumn wear sets, men's and women's winter coats.

3. middle school sports series include men's and women's summer wear sets, men's and women's spring and autumn wear sets.

4. the middle school uniform series includes men's and women's summer wear sets, men's and women's spring and autumn wear sets, men's and women's winter coats.

Design requirements:

1. the design plan should be prominent in theme and rich in connotation, fully integrate the core ideas pointed out in the outline of Hebei Xiong Anxin district plan, carry forward the Chinese style, highlight the regional cultural characteristics, and show the innovative trend.

2. design element extraction and style color show a simple atmosphere, in line with the new era of young people image temperament, we should fully consider the unity of the overall aesthetic form of the region, but also take into account the different campus culture background differentiation.

3. fabrics and production processes strive for technological innovation, green environmental protection, safety and comfort, strictly comply with or higher than the relevant national standards.

4. the material requirements of the work are fine, complete in structure, complete in decoration, well prepared and perfect in form.

The specifications are as follows:

(1) primary school boys 150 cm standard height; girls 140 cm standard height.

(2) middle school boys 170 cm standard height; girls 160 cm standard height.

Qualification:

Design and collect research and development institutions and personages for Industry and industry.

Professionals who are engaged in garment design or have professional experience in costume design can be invited to participate in the review.

Works submitted:

1. submit the work to fill in the "application form", "to participate in the evaluation form", at the same time sign "copyright pfer commitment letter".

2. the work submitted should be marked with the name of the design work and the design concept; the size of the evaluation plan is 27cm*40cm, and the manuscript which is not in conformity with the specifications is regarded as invalid contribution; the lower part of the plan should be pasted with the fabric sample and the fabric composition, characteristics and sources of production, and the sample size 8cm*8cm.

3. submit the design work in the name of the individual, submit the copy of the author's name, work unit and job and personal identity, submit the design work in the name of the organization, submit the name of the institution or entity, the business license, the organization code and the copy of the legal representative's identity card.

Be sure to clearly identify the address, telephone, fax, e-mail and contacts.

4. each participant can submit up to two garment design schemes, and shall fill out and sign respective application forms, evaluation forms and commitment letter of assignment of copyright on each proposal submitted by him.

The organizer has the right to refuse to accept any design proposal for any refusal (or false) to fill in (or sign) the above entry form, the form for evaluation and the letter of assignment of copyright.

5. if a participant submits a design plan in the name of a company or institution, the company or institution shall affix a seal to a company or institution in the letter of commitment for copyright pfer attached to the plan and sign it by its legal representative.

6. the participating works must be original works that have not been put into the market, have not been publicly displayed, and have not been published publicly. If there is concealment or plagiarism, they will be abolished.

Selection agenda:

Start-up phase

On May 16th -5 25, the invitational tournament organizers sent out design invitations to the whole society.

Enrollment stage

On May 26th -6, 15, participants or competitors will download the application form through the official website designated by the sponsor (fashionxiongan.com), and send the electronic version to the organizer's designated mailbox (fashionxiongan@163.com). After receiving the application form, the organizer will conduct quality assessment, and the result will be notified by the organizer to each entry organization or individual, and the design invitation letter will be issued.

Submission stage

On June 16th -7, 20, it was invited to submit the design plan and its "evaluation form" and "letter of commitment to pfer of copyright" by the participating agencies or contestants. The electronic version was sent to the organizer's designated mailbox (fashionxiongan@163.com), the paper version plan (the back paste paste table, the letter of commitment letter attached), signed and sealed, and mailed to the designated address (room 310, Rongcheng Fashion Industrial Park, Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology, Baiyangdian Avenue, Rongcheng, Xiong an new area, Hebei). Initial evaluation stage

On July 21st -7 31, the organizer organized the expert review team to conduct a preliminary evaluation of the evaluation plan, and confirmed and informed the participating agencies or participants of the final assessment.

Production stage

On August 1st, 10, -9, the participating agencies or participants completed a full set of 20 sets of physical works, numbered all the series works according to the notice number, and filled out the registration form through the official website designated by the organizers.

Final assessment stage

On September 11th -9, 12, the participating agencies or participants took the physical work and the printed version of the work registration form to the Xiong an new district to report and participate in the final assessment.

The final assessment shall be conducted in the form of pretrial reply and on-site performance. The time and requirements for specific assessment shall be subject to the final notification of the organizer.

Award setting:

1. awards setting

Gold award 1: bonus 50000 yuan (before tax), awarding trophies and certificates;

Silver award 1: bonus 30000 yuan (before tax), awarding trophies and certificates;

Bronze award 1: bonus 10000 yuan (before tax), awarding trophies and certificates;

The institutions or individuals who won the gold, silver and bronze prizes have the opportunity to be invited to enter the design competition of primary and secondary school students (school uniform) in Xiong an New District, or sign strategic cooperation with the organizers to work together in primary and secondary school students' clothing in Xiong an new district.

Research and promotion work; or under the same conditions, priority can be given to the organizers' office space in the industrial park of Xiong an new area and enjoy preferential treatment policy.

2. related treatment

(1) production subsidy

The organizers or contestants who enter the final evaluation stage will give the 10000 yuan subsidy to the organizers.

(2) traffic and accommodation

The participants in the finalists' final assessment (less than 2 participants) or the contestants who took part in the final assessment and prize giving activities in Xiong an new district were jointly sponsored by the organizers.

Transport costs are subsidized according to the following criteria: the euro area is subsidized by 8000 yuan per person; the Asian region is subsidized by 4000 yuan per person; the domestic players are subsidized by 2000 yuan per person, and the pportation cost is not more than 2000 yuan RMB, which is subsidized according to actual expenditure.

Copyright notice:

All submitted designs to the organizer will not be returned.

At the same time, confirmed by the assessor, since the signing of the "letter of commitment for copyright pfer", the assessor will, once and irrevocably, assign all the rights of his participating design and the copyright owned by the works in kind (and all the images or stereoscopic objects of the design of the participants and all the objects of the physical work, if any) to the organizer.
