In the 6 months ended June 30, 2016, the company achieved an income of 3 billion 596 million yuan (the same below), an increase of 13% over the same period last year, a net profit of 113 million yuan attributable to shareholders of listed companies, a loss of 29 million yuan in the same period last year, a 5.16 share of basic earnings per share and a 1.5 percentage point increase in gross margin.

Operating capital has been gradually improved. With annual revenue rising, operating capital has fallen by 8%, and the cash cycle has been further shortened by 15 days, from 90 days in 2015 to 75 days this year.

It is reported that Lining's 5 major categories have been recognized by the market, especially in running, basketball and fitness training products.

Dealer confidence gradually recovered, and sales to franchisees increased year-on-year.

The company is committed to the development of mobile Internet business. E-commerce channels have developed rapidly, sales have increased more than doubled year-on-year, and the same store sales of self sales outlets have also increased.

All these factors make the group maintain steady growth in revenue.

In addition, the gross profit margin of the company was 46.7%, an increase of 1.5% over the same period last year.

The increase in gross profit margin was mainly due to the increase in sales of new products with higher gross margin.
