International Textile Machinery Annual Volume StatisticsTextile MachineryPaction Volume

In 2015, the trading volume of some textile machinery varieties suffered a decline.

Among them, the volume of new staple textile spindles decreased by nearly 8% compared with the same period last year; the number of long spun spindles and spinning cups which had been shipped decreased by 61% and 6% respectively; the number of stretched deformed spindles that had been shipped decreased by nearly 26%, and the turnover of new large circular machines decreased by 6% over the same period last year.

On the contrary, the delivery volume of shuttleless looms increased by 14% and the turnover of the flat knitting machine increased by 52%.

The 2015 edition of ITMF annual statistical data on international textile machinery re includes data on machine finishing.

However, in order to more accurately reflect the paction situation in this field, the questionnaire was revised.

Therefore, the mechanical data in this edition can not be compared with the data in the previous edition.

The above data come from the thirty-eighth issue of the annual volume statistics of international textile machinery (ITMSS) issued by the International Federation of textile manufacturers (ITMF).

The report includes 6 types of textile machinery, namely, spinning machinery, stretch texturing machine, loom, large circular knitting machine, flat knitting machine and finishing machinery.

Spinning machinery

In 2015, the volume of new staple spinning machine decreased by nearly 8% compared with the same period last year, a decrease for two consecutive years.

The number of staple spindles dropped to about 9 million spindles, the lowest level since 2009.

Most (92%) new staple spun sold to Asia, down 7% compared to the same period last year.

Among them, the world's largest buyer of short staple textile machinery - China dropped by 26%, while spindles sold to Bangladesh, Indonesia and Vietnam increased by 97%, 4% and 31% respectively.

Top 5 in 2015

Staple spinning machine

4 of the importing countries come from Asia: China, India, Vietnam, Bangladesh and Indonesia.

In 2014, exports to Turkey, the world's fourth largest staple textile machine importer, increased by 5%, increasing for 3 years in a row.

The global trading volume of long staple (Yang Mao) spindles dropped from about 138 thousand spindles in 2014 to nearly 54 thousand ingots in 2015, a drop of 61%.

In the past few years, Turkey has been one of the major investors in long staple spinning, but the long fiber spindles sold in the country in 2015 dropped by 83%, from 67 thousand in 2014 to more than 1.1 million spindles in 2015.

Most (58%) long staple spindles are sold to Asia, and about 41% of long staple spindles are sold to Europe.

In 2015, Iran was the largest importer of long staple ingots, importing 14 thousand and 200 spindles, followed by China, and importing more than 13 thousand spindles.

The volume of rotor spinning in 2015 dropped to 383 thousand spindles, a decrease of 6%.

About 81% of the revolving cups are sold to Asia, with a slight increase of 2%, about 312 thousand.

On the contrary, the sales of rotary cups in North America and Western Europe decreased by 47% and 60% respectively.

Sold to the world's largest importer of rotary cups China's rotor cup soared by 66%.

The world's second and third largest importers of the world cup are India and the United States.

Bomb adding machine

The volume of global single heater stretch deformed spindles (mainly used for nylon filament) decreased from more than 6500 in 2014 to 1200 in 2015, with a drop of nearly 82%.

About 65% of these spindles are sold to Asia, followed by Eastern Europe and South America, accounting for 32% and nearly 3% respectively.

The volume of double heater stretch deformed spindle (mainly used for polyester filament) continues to decline.

Global trading volume was 322 thousand ingots, down 25% from the same period last year.

Asia accounts for about 81% of the world's trading volume, of which China accounts for 57%, the largest investor in the world.

Loom

In 2015, the volume of global shuttleless looms increased by 14% to about 82 thousand units.

Among them, the volume of water jet looms increased by 24%, to nearly 30 thousand units, and the volume of rapier / loom looms increased by 17% to 32 thousand.

On the contrary, the volume of air-jet looms dropped by more than 1% to about 20 thousand units.

It is no surprise that Asia is still the main destination of all kinds of shuttleless looms (jet, water jet and rapier / loom), accounting for 93% of the world's total delivery volume in 2015.

Among them, loom looms accounted for 39%, rapier loom / loom 37%.

In the volume of shuttleless loom sold to Europe and North America, the percentage of rapier / loom loom is 75% and 25% respectively, and the proportion of loom loom is 8% and 2% respectively.

Circular knitting machine and flat knitting machine

In 2015, the total volume of global circular machines dropped to 26 thousand and 700 units, a decrease of 6%.

Asia is still a major investor in such products.

About 88% of all kinds of circular machines are exported to Asia, of which China is the largest buyer, accounting for 53%.

India and Bangladesh ranked second and third respectively, buying 6500 units and 3100 units respectively.

For the electronic flat knitting industry, 2015 was a good year, with a global volume of 70 thousand and 100, an increase of 52% over the same period last year.

This is the highest increase since 2011.

No surprise, Asia is still the largest buyer, accounting for 93% of the total delivery volume.

Among them, China is still the largest buyer, and its import volume has increased from 19 thousand to 35 thousand and 500.
