In order to improve the writing level of the police in the Municipal Public Security Bureau, in December 17th, the Municipal Public Security Bureau organized a training course for official document writing. Lv Zhixin, deputy director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau headquarters, taught the wings of writing to take off.

Lv Zhixin, deputy director of the Department, combines his own work experience and personal experience, and makes a systematic explanation from five aspects: basic knowledge of documents, how to write information and typical experience materials, how to write research reports, how to write good leaders' speeches, and how to understand official documents.

Within the scope of the examination, it is mainly related to working documents, economic, legal, scientific and technological, etiquette and other application documents.

Transactional instrument is a branch of the generalized "official document". Unlike statutory documents, users are not limited to state administrative organs, and do not have statutory effect; the most common feature with official documents is the same function and similar format, which are all public service activities and have relatively fixed format.
