Since 2011, the textile industry in Huilongba Town has experienced a backlog of products, difficulty in capital turnover and high costs due to poor export and backward production conditions. At present, 80% of enterprises in Huilongba Town are on holiday and production is suspended, and the industry is on the verge of loss. The person in charge of the local government and enterprises said that the textile industry is a livelihood industry, which can accommodate a large number of labor forces. The government needs to increase support, give substantive support in land, financing and other aspects, help enterprises to transform and upgrade, and introduce well-known enterprises to form a cluster effect, so that the textile industry in Huilongba can usher in vitality.
