The market has changed for many months. The cotton price has been rising frequently, and the turnover is obviously better than the earlier stage.
It is understood that in July 26th, the local 3 grade lint market was quoted at 18700 yuan / ton (gross weight, ticket, delivery, the same below), the 4 level was 18400 yuan / ton, the 5 level was 15700 yuan / ton, compared with 24 days, it rose 100 yuan / ton.
The rise of spot prices and the tightest of high-grade cotton resources in the current market caused the local cotton enterprises to take a good look at the late high-grade cotton market. The sale contract which was signed with the middlemen was not willing to honor, and the phenomenon of breach of contract was serious.
As the market prices of domestic soybean oil and palm oil dropped, the price of local cotton oil also stagnated. In July 26th, the price of cottonseed oil was 8500 yuan / ton, which was reduced by 50 yuan / ton compared with 25 days. The price of cottonseed was 1.08 yuan / kg, cottonseed meal was 2300 yuan / ton, and short staple was 4400 yuan / ton, which was relatively stable, but the demand for the downstream market slowed down and the turnover was light.
