In the new national standard, under the condition of reduction, aromatic amines which are not allowed to decompose in the dye are increased from 23 to 24. The new national standard clearly stipulates that the maximum limit value of the carcinogenic aromatic amine is 20mg/kg, which has not been limited before.
In this way, consumers are worried about the impact of poor domestic textile products on human health, as well as on the market, home textile products brand mix, quality gap and other issues have a rule of guarantee.
Insiders said that the implementation of the new national standard has made China's standards further in line with international standards.
"After the implementation of the new standards, all products that are not produced according to the new standards will be banned from sale in the market, so textile enterprises should adjust raw material purchase and production strategy as soon as possible."
Zhejiang quilting Craft Association reminds that textile enterprises should inspect suppliers' products when purchasing raw materials, so as not to cause the finished products to be returned due to the unqualified fabric.
