According to the work of SARFT, China's 3D TV test channel was launched on New Year's day in 2012. The Spring Festival was officially broadcast in 2012. The broadcast time was 10:30-24:00 every day, with a 4.5 hour broadcast, and two replay every day, and it was broadcast for 13.5 hours.
During the pilot program, there are mainly programs in the dance world, Spring Festival Gala, colorful comedy, sports program "fitness dance", "World Cup soccer", children's program "3D paradise", animated movie "speed police", documentary "Four Seasons Park", "extreme bullfight", "World City", natural scenery film "wonderful World Expo", "diving" and so on. After the Spring Festival, CCTV and other provincial TV's Spring Festival Gala, 3D movies and animated cartoons will be added.

China's 3D TV test channel is jointly run by six units, including CCTV, Beijing TV, Tianjin TV, Shanghai TV, Jiangsu TV and Shenzhen TV station. Each TV station is divided into columns to produce 3D TV programs. CCTV is broadcasting uniformly, using satellite channel encryption pmission, and pmitting in the basic channels of cable digital TV networks across the country. Users with cable digital HD set-top boxes and 3D TVs can receive stereoscopic effect TV programs.
According to statistics, at present, there are about 500 million TV sets in the country. If some of the TV sets are replaced by 3D functional TV sets, they will directly form hundreds of billions of consumer demand and effectively promote the development of the real economy.
