Research shows that the huge passageway fees such as entry fees, shelves fees, promotion fees and shop fees have become the shackles of suppliers.

Moreover, the indirect increase in the price of goods has become a "black hole" hidden behind the high prices.

At the same time, charging channel fees has become an important profit model for retail enterprises.

The annual reports of many listed retailers show that in recent years, the income of channel fees has exceeded their main business income.

Hong Tao, director of the Department of trade at Beijing Technology and Business University, told reporters that large enterprises accounted for the absolute proportion from the scale, quantity or sales volume of the store, and every action would have a certain impact on the upstream and downstream suppliers.

This rectification will help reduce the cost of SMEs suppliers.

However, Liu Xiangdong, vice president of Renmin University of China business school, said that unreasonable passage fees could hardly be stripped from reality. The effect of this passage fee is not yet very clear.
