The total investment of the project is 1 billion yuan, with a planned construction area of 310 thousand square meters. It will become the largest "big textile" creative garden in China.

At present, the relevant construction and implementation plan has been released, many well-known creative agencies have said that they have settled in.

intention

The construction of Creative Park aims to promote pformation and upgrading of traditional textile industry and make Shaoxing County firmly occupy the global leading position of "big textile" creativity.

It is understood that the creative park in the planning is centered on the idea of "big textile", and at the same time gathering other kinds of creative enterprises. It will lead and promote the development of our county's textile industry by absorbing the creative talents of the world, and ultimately achieving the maximum social benefits.

For this reason, our county has formulated the implementation opinions of the creative industrial park of China Textile City, and has promulgated relevant suggestions.

Incentive policy

The creative park to be launched is located in the Keqiao economic development zone and invested by two private enterprises in our county.

Relevant person in charge told reporters that the creative park is a multi-function, modern and high standard creative enterprise headquarters base, which takes original design, research and development as the center and cultural connotations as the key elements.

The park will learn from the international leading experience in the construction and management of the creative park, and invited the internationally renowned Singapore WOW company to carry out the architectural planning.

The park will set up creative industry headquarters, creative industry experimental center, enterprise and talent incubator center, achievement pformation center and international creative enterprise experimentation area and supporting service center. It plans to introduce more than 300 enterprises in related industries, such as fiber, chemical, textile, clothing, and other emerging industries through 3 to 5 years, and strive to build a first-class large-scale light textile creative park. The annual output value of creative creative products is more than 8 billion yuan, and the annual tax payment is more than 500 million yuan, which has become the leading industry in our county.

Transformation and upgrading

The new engine.

In recent years, our county has vigorously implemented the strategy of "service industry to promote the county", and the development of creative industries has entered the "fast lane".

The creative base of China Light Textile City, which takes the creative building, the science innovation building and the F5 Creative Park as the core, has been formed. By September this year, the base has introduced 94 projects, attracting more than 5000 yuan of creative funds at home and abroad, and attracting more than 1100 talents. The base service has been radiated to Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangzhou and other places.
