China Textile Science and technology talents strategic alliance is a professional service institution affiliated to China Textile Engineering Society.

The Union currently has 4 training centers, and has established partnerships with 24 enterprises and institutions.

In order to actively promote the construction of talents in the textile industry, the alliance takes the integration of the advantages of social education resources and the market resources of education, research and enterprises in the textile industry as the means, and builds the industry according to the principle of "complementary advantages, sharing resources and dividing interests".
