House Rental Agreement

1. The first floor housing is for rest only.

Four, Party B should abide by the law and discipline when operating, and if there is any violation of law and discipline, all consequences will be borne by Party B.

Five, when Party B is in operation, Party A will not change the contract, which will affect the operation of Party B and the economic losses caused by Party A shall be borne by Party A.

Six, party a must supply Party B with water and electricity unconditionally, and charge reasonably according to the price prescribed by the state and the quantity of the meter.

Seven, if the policy changes or natural disasters and man-made disasters affect the two sides, the two sides can resolve them through consultation.

Eight. This contract is made in two copies. Each party holds one copy and takes effect after signing the contract.
