Application Of Solution Polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber In Shoe Making Formula

2008/8/9 10:09:00 41737

Solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber (SSBR) is polymerized from butadiene and styrene in the presence of butyl lithium catalyst in hydrocarbon solvent.

In the late 80s, the rolling resistance of the second generation of styrene butadiene rubber was better than that of NBR and NBR, and its skid resistance was better than that of CIS butadiene rubber.

So now many enterprises use dissolved butadiene to make shoes products.

Mainly are the following: 1205: butadiene 75%, styrene 25%. low temperature resistance, wear resistance, bending resistance, compression deformation, mixing compound has high hardness;

1430: increase hardness, flexibility and wear resistance;

Another SSBR 303: is used in pparent rubber.

1205 mainly produces 75 or less common material or trademark material, 1430 mainly produces 75 degree hardness above the standard or special material.

For example, 1205 formula:

5L 20

BR 50

120530

White carbon black 45

Dispersant 1.5

ZNO 5

STA 1

NS 1.3

DM 0.4

19871.5

This formula has a hardness of about 65 degrees and can be used as a general sports shoes.

This formula is one of the series of formulations for a ADI company. I feel that the dosage of accelerator is a little larger, and the pH and pH may not be adequately treated.

Let's show you.

For example, a 1430 recipe is made as a standard material, because the material usually touches the ground and needs to be skid resistant.

IR 30

BR 40

143030

White carbon black 60

8030.5

Dispersant 1

ZNO 5

STA 1.5

M 0.3

NS 0.8

PEG 4

19872

The hardness is 80 degrees and the wear is less than 0.5.

This is a standard recipe for NIKE. It's really good.

Processing Of Thermosetting Plastics For Injection Molding

Thermosetting plastic injection uses a screw or a plunger to reduce the viscosity of the polymer through a heated cylinder (120~260° F), and then injects into a heated mold (300 - 450° F). Once the material is filled with mold, it will keep pressure on it. Chemical crosslinking is then made to harden the polymer. Hard (solidified) products can be ejection from the mold when heated, and it can no longer be formed or remelted. ..
