When it comes to fashion, it's about Britain.

In order to celebrate the influence of British fashion design on the world, Royal Mail recently launched a set of stamps with the theme of the best costume design in this era.

10 sets of top fashion design stamps, including the famous multicolored Plaid "clown" dress of Vivian Westwood (VivienneWestwood), were displayed in 1993 by supermodel Naomi Campbell.

And the gorgeous gold dresses of the 1981 Elizabeth I series from Candra Rod (Zandra Rhodes) and the black and white lattices of Tommy Nat (Tommy Nutter).

The costume was specially created for the Beatles and singer Ringo Starr.

Royal Post said it hoped to pay tribute to the industry of some million employees, who contributed 21 billion pounds to the British economy.

Designers of the set of stamps listened to fashion experts from Vitoria and Albert museums in London.

Each stamp was photographed by Norway photographer SolveSundsbo, featuring a faceless model wearing famous designs from 1945 to date.

One of the more unusual creations is Alexander MacQueen's (Alexander McQueen) "cornucopia" series, which is decorated with black duck feathers from head to toe.

At the same time, Ossie Clark and OssieClark (Paul Smith) and Norman Hartnell (Norman Hartnell) were also featured, who had designed the costumes for the Queen's wedding and coronation ceremony at the same time.

Royal Mail spokesman Philip Parker said: "around the world, Britain is famous for its creativity of its famous fashion designers, from Norman Hartnell's charm and old ways, Vivian Westwood's punk influence, until Alexander MacQueen's top-level design.

British fashion has become a major industry in China.

Therefore, it is an honor to pay tribute to some designers who have created the industry today.

10 sets of stamps are on sale in May 15th at a price of 6 pounds.

Previously, Sundsbo has been writing for Tom Ford (Tom Ford), Eve Szentloran (Yves Saint Laurent), Dior (Dior), gucci (Gucci), Hermes s (Herm s), Barry (Bally) and Armani (Herm) series of promotion.

He also set foot in filming short films and worked with Alexander MacQueen to create a work for the Florence Biennale.

Since 1945, fashion has developed into an important industry in the UK. Today, there are about 1 million practitioners in the industry, contributing 21 billion pounds to the British economy.

The idea of the new stamp came from the 2009 "British design classic" stamp featuring the bold mini skirt of Mary Quant, the fashion designer.

It turns out that these 10 sets of stamps have become one of the most coveted packages, which inspired Royal post to decide on a complete package of top British designers.
