US Federal Safety Rules Regulate Children'S Wear Rope
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) voted (5-0) to approve a new child coat belted federal safety rule.
The final rule points out that children's jackets with sizes ranging from 2T to 12, with children's neck or hood hooks, and 2T to 16 children's outer covers, waist or trouser strings, become the main product hazards.
Pull rope
You may hang up or pester objects, such as car doors or playground slides, causing children to drag and kill.
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission has received 26 copies.
Child death report
When they slide on the sports ground, they are caught up or down by the school bus, or hang by other objects. The rope on the clothes strangled these children.
The drawstring on the waist and bottom is hung on the door or other auto parts, causing dragging and pulling accidents.
In 2008, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) provided authority for the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). In accordance with the regulations, any consumer or consumer product, whether characteristic or not, should be regarded as a real product hazard.
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission at the federal customs frontier security bureau has the right to ban potentially dangerous belt children's clothing from entering the United States.
In addition, CPSC has increased regulatory authorities to recall products for illegal clothing.
In February 1996, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission issued guidance to establish a voluntary industry standard in 1997 to prevent children from being affected.

Since the introduction of the industry standard, the fatal accidents caused by pulling rope clothing from neck to hood have been reduced by 75%, and the calamity of the waist or bottom rope has been reduced by 100%.
However, from 2006 to 2010, the agency took part in the recall of 115 illegal products with rope pulling.
